These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tka999 online gaming platform, accessible at tka999.bio and through any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tka999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

Access to the tka999 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

tka999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be restricted from withdrawals until the verification process is resolved. tka999 may close or suspend an account at its sole discretion if eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tka999 account credentials, including your username and password. tka999 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and transactions processed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

You must notify tka999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tka999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tka999 Platform:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account per player. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or financial information.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform software.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name to fund your account.
• Engaging in any activity that tka999 reasonably considers to constitute money laundering or fraud.

tka999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, with or without prior notice. In such cases, tka999 may withhold funds pending investigation and is not obliged to disclose the specific grounds for account restriction.

tka999 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time of claim.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be published with the offer terms.

Bonus Abuse: tka999 monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across correlated outcomes to deplete wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and systematic exploitation of free-spin winnings. Where bonus abuse is identified, tka999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from that bonus, and close the account.

tka999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect a player who has already claimed the offer in good faith and met all applicable terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the tka999 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. Cricket betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and the terms published for each market.

• Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game and market and are displayed before each wager is confirmed.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. tka999 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• Manifest errors — including obvious pricing errors or technical faults that result in incorrect odds being displayed — may be corrected by tka999 at its sole discretion. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled at the correct price.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets confirmed before a suspension remain valid unless the event itself is voided.
• Incomplete events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified for that market, tka999 will apply the market-specific rules for void or partial settlement.
• System availability: tka999 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Bets placed during a period of confirmed system instability may be voided at tka999's discretion.

All content on the tka999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, audio, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of tka999 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component; or use the tka999 name, logo, or brand materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Any intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are subject to those providers' own licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tka999 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or interruption of service.

tka999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that player's tka999 account at the time the claim arises.

tka999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their device and connection are appropriately secured.

tka999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tka999 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Account credentials, payment details, and personal identification documents are stored securely and accessed only by personnel with a legitimate operational need.

tka999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver Platform services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with tka999's support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

tka999 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Upon receiving a written complaint, tka999 will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days. Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a wager or technical fault, tka999's records shall be the primary point of reference unless the player can provide compelling evidence to the contrary.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before seeking any formal legal remedy.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tka999 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind.

Waiver: tka999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of tka999.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of tka999. tka999 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

Force Majeure: tka999 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond tka999's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications outages, government actions, or natural disasters.

Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
